Heavy Materials

Concrete, bricks, tiles, soil and other heavy materials require an approved heavy-waste bin. Bin-size and weight restrictions may apply.

Skip Bin Placement

We recommend placing the bin inside your driveway or private property whenever possible.

Placement on a road, nature strip or other council-controlled area may require a council permit and additional charges. Please check the requirements before arranging delivery.

Important Information

• Keep all waste below the top rim of the bin.
• Do not move the bin after delivery.
• Different waste types must not be mixed unless approved.
• Mattresses, tyres and certain materials must be declared.
• Asbestos, hazardous waste, chemicals, paint and liquids are prohibited.
• Additional charges may apply for overfilled, overweight or incorrectly loaded bins.
